1. What Brikk does
Brikk lets you build automations (“agents”) from bricks, create Solana tokens with your own wallet, and receive alerts about on-chain activity such as buys, sells and holder counts. Brikk does not buy, sell or trade tokens for you.
2. Your wallet and your keys
- Brikk never asks for, sees or stores your seed phrase or private key. Never share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Brikk.
- Every transaction is shown to you for review and is signed only in your own wallet. You are responsible for checking what you sign.
- Signing in with your wallet only signs a text message. It does not cost anything or move funds.
3. Launching tokens
- Tokens are created on the public Solana blockchain. Launches are permanent and cannot be undone, edited or refunded, and they cost real SOL in network fees and rent.
- You are solely responsible for any token you create: its name, symbol, image and description, how you promote it, and how you treat the people who buy it.
- Creating, promoting or selling a token may be regulated where you or your buyers live (for example securities, consumer-protection, tax or anti-money-laundering rules). You must check and follow the laws that apply to you.
- Do not use Brikk to create tokens that impersonate other people, brands or projects, or for scams, “rug pulls”, market manipulation or any unlawful purpose.
4. Agents and alerts
- Agents and alerts depend on third-party services (the Solana network, Helius, DexScreener, Supabase, AI providers and others). Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and alerts may be late or missed.
- Do not rely on Brikk as your only source of information for financial decisions.
- Agents can only propose transfers. Nothing is sent without your signature.
- AI-written text can be inaccurate. Review it before you share it.
5. No warranty
Brikk is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any token or agent will perform as you expect.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators of Brikk are not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of Brikk, the blockchain, your wallet, or any third-party service.
7. Your data
- Projects you keep as local drafts stay in your browser.
- When you sign in with your wallet, your projects, deployed agents and their run history are stored in our database, linked to your wallet address.
- Your wallet address and on-chain activity are public on the blockchain.
8. Changes
We may update these terms or change, suspend or stop Brikk at any time. Continuing to use Brikk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
